Property Description

Applicants must make 3x the monthly rent amount in verifiable income, have no previous evictions or housing related collections within the last 7 years, and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check. We do not work with credit scores below 525, previous bankruptcy, violent felonies, or sex offenders. We do require employment and rental verification on everyone over the age of 18.There is a $50 application fee per adult occupant.Security deposit will hold the unit for two weeks and is non-refundable after 3 days should you not proceed with leasing.
